At T&J Total Services Ltd all our support workers are dependable and fully trained. We carefully select and match each staff member to each client and support is arranged at a time the client requests.
T&J firmly believes that Support workers should treat clients with respect, dignity & compassion. All staff are properly trained to assist people to live independently in their own homes and are trained to minimise risk to the people we support.
Our team are calm patient and used to dealing with stressful (situations -delete) circumstances and are(a) all trained to diffuse these situations.
We ensure our team believe in the same set of standards and morals, treating everyone with dignity and respect.

T&J are very supportive and provide practical help with my day to day life. I first met T&J when they did a deep clean in my house and in my garden. I have built a great friendship with the team over the years, starting in 2012. Over the years they have helped me transform my home, my appearance and my outlook on life. All thanks to my support from T&J. They were a lifeline when my mother moved into care and later passed away in 2014. They help me with meal planning and prompting to eat.
