T&J offer a wide range of Support Services. Whatever your needs we can help. We provide friendly and dependable companionship, assisted appointments or help around the home. We specialise in Mental Health Support, Learning Difficulties and Support for Vulnerable Adults. We take on standard Domestic Support contracts or Deep Cleaning. Our cleaning you can guarantee will be completed to an excellent standard. Please check out our full list of support services. Our clients include privately funded individuals, people who receive direct payments from the local or city authorities and individuals who are referred to us by healthcare professionals and support organisations. You are always guaranteed quality, trustworthy services at a competitive and considerate price.
T&J recognise the need for high quality, reliable support services and are happy to have been servicing our communities since 2004. We have a combined 55 years extensive experience working in the health and social care sector. Our directors have been registered managers for 3 different organisations prior to co-founding T&J and they brought with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The dream has always been to make a difference to the people we support and fight for their right to live a happy, healthy life, centred around their choices and needs.

T&J are very supportive and provide practical help with my day to day life. I first met T&J when they did a deep clean in my house and in my garden.
